Rules & Regulations
  1. Every contestant must wear a personal floatation device.

  2. Recreational Race is 2.0 miles. Races starts at the Port Richey Waterfront Park and ends at the bridge by Sims Park.You will need to paddle back to Waterfront park.

  3. Competitive Race is 4 miles. Race starts at the Port Richey Waterfront Park and follows a course back to Port Richey Waterfront park.

  4. If pre-registered each participant is guaranteed a t-shirt. Awards will be handed out at Port Richey Waterfront Park immediately following the races.

We have made arrangements with two kayak rental companies to give anyone participating in the race that needs to rent a kayak, a special rate. All you need to do is call one of the companies, let them know you are participating in the event and want to rent a kayak for the race.

The special rates are:
Tandem - $15.00 | Single $10.00
